BELO HORIZONTE- Notoriously slow to incorporate American pop culture, the Brazilian radio stations have finally picked up Britney Spears’ 1999 hit, “… Baby, One More Time.” Federal university student Fabiana Mendes was found playing it in her car and commented on its success. “The beat are so fun!” While the song has renewed interest in Ms. Spears in the international sector, many teens were shocked when presented with a current photo of the singer/actress/mogul, as it did not remotely resemble the music video.
